Obed “Red” Lavell Wogerman age 91 passed away on February 13, 2020 in Afton Wyoming.
He was born on April 26, 1928 in Auburn, Wyoming to Everett and Edna Wogerman, and
grew up in Auburn, Wyoming and before leaving in 1948 he learned to fly. He worked for Covery
Oil as a truck driver, until he enlisted in the Army in 1950. Married Theresa Ann Beasley in Raton, New Mexico, on March 10, 1951. He served in the Korean war as an Army engineer. After being discharged from the military they moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, where he started working for IML Freight Line as a truck driver. He retired in 1983 and moved back to Auburn. They were sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple on June 1, 1984. Red liked to camp and fish on Greys River, going snowmobiling and riding his ATVs with family and friends. He also loved watching the Utah Jazz. He was always eager to know what was going on with everyone. He never hesitated to help others and was a very special guy to everyone that knew him. We will all love and miss him.
Preceded in death by wife Theresa Wogerman, sister Gray West, brother Mondell Wogerman, daughter Karen Howell, son Daniel Wogerman, and parents Everett and Edna Wogerman.
He is survived by his son Douglas Wogerman (June), 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
And one great great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 22, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the Meadows Ward
Church, Grover, Wyoming. A viewing will be held prior to service from 11:00 am - 12:45 pm at
The church. Buried in Auburn Cemetery.
