Ruby Jean
Jammerman -Taylor
December 19, 1980 – July 2, 2024
Ruby Jean Jammerman-Taylor, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to
all, was called home on July 2, 2024. She was born on December 19, 1980, in Casper
Wyoming to Chris and Helen Jammerman.
Ruby was the youngest of six children. Being the youngest she was determined to be
her own person and carve her own path. She was very strong-willed and if there was
something that she wanted she would make it happen. She went to elementary school
in Jackson Wy. Her family moved to Star Valley where she graduated in 1999. In High
School she made lifelong friends that she cherished. While in High School she
discovered her love and talent for art and painted beautiful pieces.
Ruby was always up for an adventure. She was able to travel to Canada with her
children's father, Beau. While there, she was able to volunteer at a living center which
opened a door to one of her passions of loving, caring and helping others.
Ruby married Beau Taylor in May 2003. They then moved to Montana where she was
able to follow her dream and go to massage therapy school. She LOVED her
opportunity to help and heal others. She never stopped learning and improving her
knowledge to be the best and provide the latest techniques for her clients. She was very
proud to have worked in Jackson and later served Star Valley in her own studio and
lastly in a chiropractic office. She used her skills to help clients find relief from stress
and pain. Her touch was known for its healing properties, and her clientele appreciated
her expertise and compassionate care. Her kindness and patience made her an
invaluable asset. Ruby was a comforting presence for those in need. She then went on
to receive her CNA degree and was able to continue her love for helping and caring for
others. She was loved by many patients and families that she cared for at the living
center. Ruby decided it was time to explore new opportunities and obtained her
Commercial driver's license. With that license, she drove a truck for a season. It was a
challenge that she was determined to prove that she could perfect, and she did!! Most
recently she joined the Silver Star team in Star Valley.
Ruby's most cherished accomplishments were her children, Andrew, Kassy, and
Amanda Liz. They will always be her deepest love and proudest achievements. She
would travel across the state whether it was to watch Andrew play football or soccer or
to be there for Kassy's Color Guard competitions. Amanda Liz kept her busy with
dance, gymnastics, basketball, and soccer. She was her children's most enthusiastic
supporter and advocate. Ruby loved to take them on adventures and create memories
from camping, concerts, kayaking, to horseback riding.
She will be missed for her light, smile, kindness, and contagious laugh that she shared
with all those she crossed paths with.
Ruby is survived by her three children, Andrew, Kassy, and Amanda Liz. She's also
survived by her parents, Chris and Helen Jammerman, five siblings including Kim (Dan)
Kenyon, Earl Jammerman, Cindy Remington, Chris (Jennifer) Jammerman, Rachael
(Chris) Wolfley and many nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her niece
Heather Kenyon as well as her sister-in-law Amanda Taylor.
