Mary Elizabeth Dana passed on November 4, 2024 in Etna, WY. She was 92.  Born in LeMars, IA on 12/24/31. She is predeceased by her husband John Earl Dana of 37 years. Surviving are loving sons, Jeffery D Dana and Guy D Dana(Cynthia),  7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She graduated from The University of Iowa with a Masters Degree in education. She was a teacher, a small business owner and a creative writer.
