Funeral services for Glenn Leroy Corson will be held on Thursday, June 13 at noon in the Afton LDS Third Ward Chapel. Viewings will take place from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 at the Schwab Mortuary in Afton and Thursday, June 13 from 10:30-11:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Glenn was born Aug. 19, 1924 in Rawlins. He passed away June 8, 2013 in Afton. Glenn married his sweetheart, Ruby Rich, on Dec. 6, 1946 at Point of Rock, Wyo. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS?Temple on May 22, 1959. Glenn is survived by his wife, Ruby; five children, Eugene, Maxine Goodson, Vickie Sargent, Rich and Larry; and 19 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
