Dale Hyde beloved brother, father, grandfather and friend passed away on July 2, 2015 from complications following a four wheeler accident.

Dale Hyde was born on May 19, 1936 to Lloyd and Glenda Hyde in Auburn Wyoming. He was the second of eight children. He attended elementary school in Auburn through the eighth grade and Star Valley High School in Afton Wyoming.

After high school graduation, Dale joined the Air Force. While serving in Japan, he fell in love with and married Ayako Saito "June" in 1961. They adopted two children Paul and Rika. Following his service with the Air Force, Dale started a career repairing and maintaining computers which he did until his retirement.

June passed away from lung cancer in March of 1992. Dale later married Janice Cooney in 1996, who was a member of the LDS ward in Novato California which he attended. Janice preceded Dale in death in November of 2013.

Dale served several church calling including executive secretary for many years in the Novato Ward. He was serving as the Auburn Ward Clerk at the time of his death.

Dale is survived by his children Paul (Amy), Rika, step sons Jon (Stephani) and Shane (Kitty) Cooney, 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, two brothers, Rex and Ronny Hyde, five sisters, Gwen Nelson, Neccia Booth, Bona Taylor, Beth Smith and Luann Thurman (Nixon).

Dale was preceded in death by his wives June and Janice, his parents Lloyd and Glenda, brothers in law Fay Nelson, Voris Booth, Richard Taylor, Garrett Smith, and Jay Higley.
