Our sweet Christina passed away peacefully at her home in Afton. She was a friendly person who loved life and enjoyed every moment spent with her friends and family. Christina Marie Sparks Nistler Cranney was born in Burley, Idaho, but spent most of her life in Salt Lake City. She graduated from West High School in Salt Lake City. She married Wesley Nistler and had three children and later divorced. She loved to travel but always made her home in Salt Lake City, where she met and married the love of her life, Sean Cranney. She was always there to help whoever needed it. She was not shy to enlist help from others when needed. Christine moved to Star Valley. She is survived by her husband Sean, (Afton); Father, Ronald Kay Sparks, (Fort Jones, Calif.); Mother, Linda Mae Sparks (Kearns, Utah); Son, Mathew J. Nistler (Kearns, Utah); Daughters, Melissa and Cynthia Nistler (Kearns, Utah); two stepsons Andrew and Simon Cranney (Gunnison, Utah); Sisters Wanda Sparks, (Spanaway, Wash.); Tammy (Henry) Tuli (Rupert, Idaho); Rebecca (David) Brake, (Kearns, Utah); Brother, Ronald Sparks Jr. (Kearns, Utah); six nieces and eight nephews and one great neice whom she absolutely adored and loved. They all loved their "Aunty Nina." She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Virgina Sparks; Grandmother, Eullah Pearl Grubb; Great grandparents, Frances and Clarence Hawkins; Uncle Jack Hawkins; Uncle Jerry Sparks; and Aunt Mary Draper.
